FIX - Ini file setting "saveaswav" will cause PB4 to work exclusively with the WAV format locally, rather than PCM, whilst the "saveprompt" setting will cause PB4 to prompt to save the file, rather than launch the file in an editor.  This will be PCM or WAV, depending upon the "saveaswav" setting.
