FIX: When in a queue mode, controls getting focus would scroll fully into view which could cause control problems.

NEW: Additional ‘Lines mode’ – Presenter Queue – This mode shows devices with queued calls on them, and messages which are queued.

NEW: In queue modes, lines show point beneath other details and auto expand to fit up to 100 characters from the point.

NEW: Call log now allows point to wrap up to 3 lines.
