NEW: Calls on a device not under the users control (e.g. on a different buddy) will appear gray and the user will have no control of the call. Once the call is parked, control is restored.
NEW: Additional support for dragging calls. It is possible to drag a call from the call log or directory to a line or device to call that number back.
NEW: A SIP provider can now be set to remove local area code from a number when dialing. This option should be selected when dialing via a gateway to physical lines to ensure the telephony provider is passed a dialable number.
FIX: Improved identification of client's local IP address when multiple network cards are present.
