FIX: Parking and unparking from/to a music on hold conference to a TBU conference is not currently possible on version 4 firmware. This functionality has been disabled on version 4 firmware.

FIX: Music on hold conferencing improved - a fixed number of channels to be shared between all services are reserved at startup. Default value is 32. This can be set in server.ini - section [options] value confchannels=32

NEW: Show/Global phonebook entries and be added to 'calls'. Edit the entry, change any details that should differ, and then click add to 'calls'.

NEW: A global setting has been added called 'Search show only' which when enabled prevents searching of any data outside of the users current show.

NEW: Calls which are 'locked' and which drop (either locally or remotely) automatically switch to 'callback' calls. The callback call can then be clicked to resume the locked call.

FIX: Phonebook may have shown calls not meeting the current disposition or date range criteria.

FIX: Device was being drawn incorrectly, resulting in small distracting lines around the point or name boxes.

NEW: The Phonebook will automatically rollover to the next day when the first call of the new day comes in, if the date range is set to 'Today'. This will cause the list of calls in the phonebook to be refreshed and the day selection list to be updated.

NEW: User selections such as show and device layout are now stored on a per user basis and these selections are used to select the default option next the the client connects.
FIX: When dialling a call, the call details may not have been automatically be selected for the new call in some circumstances.

NEW: It is now possible to email server logs from the PhoneBOX server - a new menu option has been added to the server tray icon. This option requires an SMTP server. By default it uses the bionics mail server but this requires the PhoneBOX server to have internet access, and only allows logs to be sent to support@bionics.co.uk. Log files are compressed in gzip format.

NEW: PhoneBOX SIP Phone version numbering now matches that of the rest of PhoneBOX. There are no new features at this time.
FIX: Hardware key is checked 3 times before failing, more descriptive error messages implemented, interal improvements to prevent invalid licensing messages.
NEW: New sort option for phonebook 'manual order'. Calls can then be moved up and down in the list manually using Shift+Up/Down arrows.
NEW: Phonebook can be sorted by 'score'. This is the cumulative score based on the call's dispositions. Each disposition can be given a score (on the server). This allows sorting by positive/negative attributes as indicated by disposition selection. The score for a call is shown in the tooltip when hovering over a call entry.
2.5.00.24 (02 Feb 2007)
NEW: The location of PhoneBOX log files (client and server) has been changed. This allows log files to be written successfully under Windows Vista, and by users who do not have Administrator rights under previous O/S. If the application cannot write to the application directory it will try the common files location, and then the users temp folder. The common files location is as follows;
2000/XP - C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Broadcast Bionics\PhoneBOX2
Vista - C:\ProgramData\Broadcast Bionics\PhoneBOX2
9x - C:\Windows\Application Data\PhoneBOX2

An additional menu option has been added to the right click menu of the server icon to open the log file location.
