NEW: Environment variable PBSERVER set to UP when server is running. Variable is cleared when server is stopped.
NEW: Configuration changes made to services, extensions and external interfaces (including additions) are monitored and updated whilst the server is running. Currently these changes have to be triggered manually – an updated web manager will be coming soon.
